About the team

Assurance Managed Services (MS) through its domain-led and technology-enabled business, provides integrated solutions and expertise in areas of Finance, Forensics and Sustainability. It is a critical component of EY's Global strategy and a key area of growth for the Firm. The GDS Assurance Managed Services practice is a fast-growing team of 300+ professionals who support a large base of clients across Americas, EMEIA and APAC.

To meet the strategic growth objectives for Managed Services and accelerate on this growth trajectory, we are looking for a highly skilled & motivated leader to lead the team & achieve our Managed Services growth ambitions. This is a highly visible role that provides opportunities to collaborate closely with senior global stakeholders across the firm.

Essential Functions of the Job :

GDS Assurance Managed Services leader responsibilities include :

• Building the GDS Assurance Managed Services brand globally and leading a growing team of 300+ professionals delivering on capabilities like Finance, Sustainability and Forensics.
• Develop strategies to transform delivery across Finance, Sustainability and Forensics solutions.
• Play a catalyst role in moving service delivery from country practices to GDS.
• Build game-changing capabilities for clients & help them unlock true value through integrated solutions that build long-term sustainable growth by optimizing their non-core but board critical processes.
• Collaborate across Assurance, Tax and Consulting service lines and participate on cross service line deals and initiatives to enhance the EY value proposition.
• Work with priority accounts to drive strategic growth through alliances
• Create an atmosphere of trust, seek diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation.
• Build Business solution-based assets for Managed Services in collaboration with the regional leadership.
• Brings deep understanding and ability to leverage internal and external best practices and innovation to create value through technology enabled efficiency, consistency & harmonization.
• Collaborate with regional teams on large pursuits, structuring the solution and delivery operate model to enhance the delivery to clients.
• Work with client facing teams and management to prepare estimates, Point of Views, Position Papers and contribute towards pursuits and proposals.
• Recruitment, Learning and development, deployment and performance management of the Assurance Managed Services team.
• Travel to EY and Client locations to build client and stakeholder relationship.
