Key Responsibilities : Translate logistics business needs into digital system solutions, leveraging TMS
Define end to end business process and translate the same to TMS modules (e.g., planning, execution, freight audit, carrier management).
Ensure change management and adoption across
Manage day-to-day relationship and performance of TMS service provider.
Ensure outsourced teams deliver according to agreed mandates, scope, and timelines.
Participate in regular governance meetings and performance reviews with the IT team
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics automation and efficiency.
Provide end-user training and maintain high-quality process documentation.
Analyze logistics data and TMS usage to support informed decision-making
Work closely with transportation, procurement, customer service, finance, and IT teams.
Represent logistics function in digitalization and system governance forums.
Communicate technical topics in a clear, business-relevant manner.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems,
Experience :
8+ years of Supply Chian experience
5+ years’ experience with Transportation Management Systems (SAP TM)
System implementations or enhancements in a global, outsourced delivery environment.
Skills :
Strong knowledge of global transportation processes and system configuration.
Familiarity with SLAs, vendor contracts, and performance management frameworks.
Ability to drive accountability and performance in an outsourced environment.
Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
