As an HR Business Partner, you will be partnering with business to solve organizational priorities through people-related solutions. You will be supporting the business with acumen with people & talent thought leadership to define & execute the People & talent Strategy that drives business success. You are collaborative, committed, influential, and work across functions to execute on attracting, assimilating, developing, engaging, and retaining talent.

In this role we need you to :
Articulate, Drive & Manage all HR lifecycle Processes
Partnering with business leaders for all employee-related initiatives
Design / Re-vamp employee-friendly policies / frameworks as per our business requirements
Ensuring excellence in service delivery, for HR processes i.e. onboarding, learning and development, recognition, etc.
Employee advocacy and grievance handling.
Design and implement talent management and retention activities.
Strategize different methods to increase talent retention rate.
Proactively lead Employee Engagement (Pre & post joining) activities in the Vertical
Drive external and global HR best practices.
Have a data-driven mindset to assess organizational metrics and provide insights to leaders to drive business outcomes
Partner with leaders to build high-performing leadership teams and coach people managers to enhance their leadership effectiveness.
Actively engage in various leadership forums to diagnose and solve talent and organization-related problems
Provide consultative support and guidance to managers on the implementation of core HR / Talent programs
Work closely with Talent COE partners (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, D&I, Talent Design, and Internal Comms)
