Job Description

Responsibilities :

Gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design as-is and to-be business processes.

Conduct prototype demonstrations, configure functional solutions, develop test scripts, and deliver client / user training.

Drive effort estimation, resource planning, and other project management activities.

Lead practice initiatives and ensure timely delivery with high-quality outcomes.

Configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across three or more modules.

Work efficiently in onsite / offshore delivery models and coordinate with multiple client stakeholders.

Provide clear and proactive updates on project status, issues, and risks to Project Management.

Mentor, coach, and guide junior team members while managing performance in a dynamic environment.

Skills & Competencies :

Minimum 3 years of hands-on implementation experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.

Strong expertise in the latest Oracle HCM Cloud release.

Practical knowledge of tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and ServiceNow.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Proven ability to lead medium to large teams and independently engage with onsite leads / clients.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple assignments / projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and delivery excellence.

Qualifications :

Graduate degree with MBA (HR specialization) or

B.Tech / B.E. with relevant Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
