Founded by finance expert Aswini Bajaj, it is known for its conceptual clarity, practical insights, structured learning, and student-focused mentoring, helping aspirants build careers in finance.

Objective of the Role :

Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and refine user interfaces using Figma.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs for web and mobile apps.
  • Work with developers to ensure smooth design implementation.
  • Maintain design consistency across all products.
  • Optimize UI for better accessibility and responsiveness.
  • Improve layouts and interactions to enhance the user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Figma and UI / UX design principles.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with developers and product teams.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with design systems and branding.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) to enhance design feasibility.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI / UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Equivalent practical experience or certifications may also be considered.
