Role Description
As our Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for users-whether they’re sellers onboarding or buyers exploring listings. You’ll troubleshoot issues, guide users through processes, and help shape a support experience that’s fast, clear, and delightful.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via Web, email, chat, and social media with warmth and professionalism
Troubleshoot technical issues related to listings, media uploads, and account setup
Guide new sellers through onboarding steps and provide helpful resources
Escalate bugs or platform issues to the technical team with clear documentation
Maintain and update support scripts, FAQs, and help centre content
Track common issues and suggest improvements to reduce friction
Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and tone
What You Bring
0-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a digital or e-commerce environment
Preferred degree is Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Arts, Technology.
Strong written communication skills with a friendly, clear tone
Comfort with tools like Figma, basic file management, and media troubleshooting
Knowledge of American English and slangs
Detail-oriented, community-minded, and aligned with our platform’s values of authenticity, safety, and inclusiveness
Empathy, patience, and a proactive mindset-especially when things go wrong
