Job Description :

• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models for business problems (e.g., churn prediction, recommendation systems, fraud detection).
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical testing, and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to integrate models into production.
• Lead end-to-end data science projects from ideation to deployment.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts.
• Communicate insights and model outcomes to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and visualizations.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful data science solutions.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
