About DanaMojo

DanaMojo is A Compliance-First Payment Solutions Platform , offering a user-friendly method for NGOs to collect donations and manage donor relationships. We provide complete and holistic donation management systems to NGOs to collect and manage donations and donors and communicate and engage with them. The system provides support to NGOs to collect donations through payment gateways, maintain donor or donation database, provide an email marketing platform and helping NGOs automate various operational and compliance related activities such as sending out 80G receipts, generating form 10BD / BE, etc thus helping them reduce their overall efforts and cost. We are proud to serve over 1,300+ NGOs , positioning us as India's largest payment solutions provider for the NGO sector. Role Overview :  As a Senior Inside Sales Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales with NGOs. Operating within a startup environment, you'll need unwavering enthusiasm, energy, and a hands-on approach to achieve your goals swiftly. This role demands a high degree of execution focus, transforming ideas from conception to implementation efficiently. An interest in talking to people, engaging with them and helping them find solutions will deliver success in this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide a video DEMO of our platform to NGOs who reach out to us. You will NOT be engaged in cold-calling. You will only reach out to NGOs who enquire with us.
  • Address client queries, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction in making a successful sale
  • Follow up rigorously with NGOs to close sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer delight
  • NO COLD CALLING - You will only be reaching out to Leads who have expressed interest in our offering
  • Assistance in Lead Generation will be expected and is the future pathway of growth in this role

Qualifications

  • Strong communication – both oral & written in English. Speaking fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage
  • 2 – 5 years of total experience with majority of it in sales and most recent experience in Sales
  • Ability to grasp things fast
  • An ability to think both innovatively and creatively will help to provide solutions to clients
