Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5 to 7 years of hands-on expertise to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing tailored Salesforce solutions that support various business processes, enhance user experiences, and promote operational efficiency. This role plays a critical part in leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities to meet evolving organizational needs, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable CRM solutions.
Software Requirements
Required Skills :
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as workflows, Process Builder, and Flow
- Familiarity with Salesforce data management, security models, and sharing rules
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware platforms
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II are highly desirable
Preferred Skills :
Experience with middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or ZapierKnowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and related UI / UX best practicesFamiliarity with Salesforce DX and version control tools (e.g., Git)Basic understanding of cloud platforms and deployment processesOverall Responsibilities
