Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Advertising, or related field.9-10 years of experience in event conceptualization, brand activations, or experiential marketing.Strong storytelling, visual thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.Ability to translate brand strategy into engaging experiences.Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) and research methods.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with activations and hybrid events.Understanding of consumer psychology and behavior.Knowledge of budgeting, project management tools, and risk mitigation.Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
