DevOps Engineer

Experience : 8+years (Relevant)

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or other related technologies.

Job Description : As a DevOps Engineer at Schneider Electric, you will be responsible for managing and automating our infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment of applications, and maintaining high availability and performance. You will work closely with development and operations teams to implement best practices and optimize our systems. Key Responsibilities : Infrastructure Management : Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure using AWS and Terraform. Configuration Management : Utilize Ansible for automation and configuration management. Containerization : Deploy and manage containerized applications using ECS and Kubernetes. CI / CD : Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Git Actions to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Monitoring : Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Dynatrace and CloudWatch to ensure system health and performance. Database Management : Administer and optimize databases including MySQL, MongoDB, Mongo Atlas, and Virtuoso. Automation : Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory of infrastructure components and ensure proper documentation. Required Skills : Proficiency in Linux administration. Strong experience with AWS services and Terraform. Expertise in containerization technologies such as ECS and Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools, particularly Git Actions. Knowledge of monitoring tools like Dynatrace and CloudWatch. Experience with databases including MySQL, MongoDB, Mongo Atlas, and Virtuoso. Solid understanding of infrastructure management, inventory, and automation. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or other related technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
