Role Description

Yummy Bee is seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef for a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, curate innovative menus, and ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, developing recipes, controlling inventory, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining kitchen safety and hygiene, and ensuring consistent culinary excellence. The role calls for leadership, creativity, and a passion for driving customer satisfaction through quality food.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in culinary arts, with skills in creating innovative and diverse recipes and menus
• Experience in kitchen management, including leading and training staff, scheduling, and managing workflow
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and inventory control
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and maintain consistency in quality
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Prior experience in healthy and sustainable cooking practices is a strong advantage
• Formal culinary education or equivalent professional experience preferred
