Security Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee our security operations and ensure the safety and security of our facilities and personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and be capable of developing and implementing effective security strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Oversee the security team and manage security personnel.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards related to security.
• Manage security budgets and resources effectively.
• Develop training programs for staff on security awareness and protocols.
