The industry faces glaring challenges including lack of trust, excessive lead times, quality uncertainty, lack of transparency and tons of operational challenges.

In the past 24 months of the company's operation, we have scaled up our operations serving in more than 40 countries and have active partnerships with more than 100s of customers and suppliers. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai (negotiable) for a Strategic Sourcing Manager - Chemicals. The Strategic Sourcing Manager will manage day-to-day tasks including evaluating and managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing procurement processes. The role includes developing and maintaining supplier relationships to secure reliable sources of raw materials and ensuring optimal supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Management skills
• Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Procurement processes
• Supplier Development capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the chemicals industry is a plus
• Experience in the Fragrance, Flavors, Personal Care, Home Care, and Cosmetic chemicals is a plus
• Global Sourcing experience (inclusive of North America) is a plus
