Project Manager

We are hiring for a Project Manager for Pune location at BiofuelCircle.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management : Coordinate various projects as per Pilot Program, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Reporting & Documentation : Manage Program MIS, Prepare reports on project progress, sales performance, and market insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with internal teams (COE, operations, finance) to align project goals.

Lead and manage the entire EPC project lifecycle from initiation to handover.

Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Monitor and control project progress, ensuring alignment with scope, cost, and schedule baselines.

Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Conduct Progress Review Meetings with Vendor and Management

Oversee material requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor performance.

Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment in accordance with project requirements.

Track project costs and ensure adherence to budget.

Approve invoices, progress payments, and manage project cash flow.

Support project close-out, documentation, and final acceptance.

Oversee multiple Project locations, create MIS for management meetings

Develop and execute Carbon Project on ground

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering

Handson experience in Project Management, PM Tools and vendor management

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Travelling Requirements : 40 % to 50 %
