Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Client Relationship Associate (CRA) to join our team in Noida. Roles and Responsibilities Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Assist clients with inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences and improve service delivery.

Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.

Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and improve communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements 12th pass or completed graduation.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
