Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-technical positions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Customer Service, etc.)
Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, references, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess suitability
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain and update ATS and recruitment trackers
Manage salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination
Develop strong talent pipelines for recurring or niche roles
Provide weekly / monthly hiring status reports to management
Ensure recruitment processes comply with organizational and legal standards
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good understanding of various non-IT job roles across business functions
Proficiency in resume screening and interviewing techniques
Ability to multitask and manage recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ATS tools, job portals, and hiring platforms
Good analytical and reporting skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in Non-IT recruitment (corporate, consulting, or staffing preferred)
