Job Description for Compliance Analyst role -

• The compliance analyst will be part of Insight Alpha's compliance team and will work closely with the Research and Compliance Lead.
• The individual will engage thoughtfully & confidently and deal with the compliance nuances and processes.
• In-depth knowledge of industry compliance requirements and standards.
• Understanding and enforcing the key compliance rules & regulations of the organization
• Reviewing and carefully evaluating the compliance requests and proposing solutions to the issues
• Post Graduate with 3-5 years of experience.
• Ability to effectively train employees in compliance standards and guidelines and international laws and regulations.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Should Possess strong analytical skills.
