Position Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the hotel. This role represents the hotel professionally to external clients and ensures consistent business development.
Key Responsibilities :
Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and site inspections.
Participate in trade shows, networking events, and marketing initiatives.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Collaborate with operations and F&B teams to fulfill client requirements.
Ensure high standards of professional representation and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Professional, well-groomed appearance.
Knowledge of hotel sales and corporate travel market.
