Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Sales Executive. The person will be responsible for sales closures of webinar leads, managing operational processes, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Work includes but is not limited to
Managing list of leads accumulated through ads.
Sending out multiple nurturing messages to leads across whatsapp groups.
Scheduling whatsapp messages to ensure maximum attendance during webinars.
Attending LIVE webinars twice a day and moderating chat.
Helping the leads to make the payment during the webinar by sending payment link in zoom chat and over whatsapp.
Identify hot leads for sales closure over phone calls.
Segregating list of leads into customers, attendees of webinars and those who did not attend.
Salary
Fixed - Rs. 20,000 per month
Incentive will extra based on revenue generated
Work Timings
10am - 7pm / 12pm - 9pm (will depend upon webinar timings of the day)
Saturday Off
Location
Virtual Office - You will be expected to stay connected to Official Zoom Meeting (with camera on) during the job hours; can take breaks for lunch / coffee etc.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Closures
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
Ability to work independently and remotely
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in personal transformation or related fields is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Atleast 1 year experience in sales
