About the Role

We are looking for a GenAI Technical Lead to design, build, and deploy scalable GenAI and Agentic AI applications. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, LangChain / LangGraph, cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP), and front-end integration.

Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end GenAI applications using LLM and agentic frameworks.

Build scalable architectures for large structured / unstructured data.

Implement RAG / Modular RAG, OCR, fine-tuning (LoRA / QLoRA / PEFT).

Integrate front-end interfaces (React / Streamlit) with GenAI backends.

Deploy solutions on cloud (Azure preferred); set up LLMOps pipelines.

Ensure Responsible AI practices and create clear technical documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

Strong Python and AI engineering skills.

Expertise in LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).

Cloud experience (Azure / AWS / GCP).

Experience with RAG, data pipelines, APIs, and OCR tools.

Knowledge of multi-modal LLMs, fine-tuning, and LLMOps.

Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
