Assistant Manager – Tele-calling & Presales

Employment Type : Full-time

Experience : 5-8 Years of experience in tele-calling, telemarketing, or pre-sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Job Summary :

Are you passionate about connecting with people and driving sales success? We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager - Pre-Sales to lead and enhance our tele-calling operations. In this role, you will manage a team of tele-calling executives while actively contributing to lead generation, customer engagement, and appointment setting. You will play a critical role in building our pipeline of potential clients and driving interest in On2Cook’s revolutionary culinary technology. If you’re a natural communicator with strong leadership skills and a knack for sales, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership
• Supervise and guide the tele-calling team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company policies.
• Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team members' product knowledge and tele-calling techniques.
• Lead Generation & Qualification
• Strategically identify, qualify, and prioritize potential leads from various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and online research.
• Oversee the lead qualification process to ensure high-quality prospects are added to the sales pipeline.
• Data Management and Analysis
