Professional Responsibilities :

  • As a PM, you must be responsible for developing project plans, coordinating project tasks, monitoring project progress, and communicating project status to stakeholders. Additionally, they must manage and resolve any issues that arise during the project and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Good to have experience working with transport networks on either of the vendors (for e.g. Huawei, Infinera, Nokia, ADVA, Ciena 6500).
  • This position requires an advanced level of expertise, leadership, and innovation. You will lead complex projects and contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge telecommunication solutions.
  • Lead and oversee strategic telecommunications projects and their implementation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and industry best practices.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to Telecommunication Installers at all skill levels.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in telecommunication installations, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Address and resolve complex and critical issues in telecommunication systems, providing expert-level technical support.

Job Requirements :

  • The candidate has a minimum of 5+ years of accumulated experience or equivalent, as determined by the Installation Supplier’s learning process.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and project team members.
  • The candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable working with Field Technicians / Troubleshooting Issues with Field Techs, etc.
  • Manage and track progress against those schedules.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of completion.
  • Collaborate with diverse and strong cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure to meet the target and closely monitor the progress of Hardware installation, along with looking after End-to-End media clearance and commissioning and integration of sites.
  • Managing all the activities involved in deployment, starting from attending to customer meetings, movement of
  • teams, ensuring completion of sites, and final reporting regarding the Site Implementation Plan.
  • Manage the activities for site Survey, Installation, Integration, and Quality check randomly with their teams
  • and with the customer as per agreed, and locked international standards with the customer.
  • Ensuring that the installed systems meet all regulatory standards and customer expectations.
  • Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunication systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of telecommunication technologies, protocols, and equipment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and strategically to drive advancements in telecommunication services.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills with a focus on addressing intricate challenges.
