Job description

We're looking for a Business Development & Social Media Executive to lead our LinkedIn presence and support our business growth through strategic outreach, content, and communication.

Social Media & Content (LinkedIn-Focused)

  • Manage and grow Eleantz's LinkedIn page with consistent, high-quality content.
  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn content calendar to showcase our expertise, achievements, and thought leadership.
  • Write engaging posts, carousels, and articles to boost visibility and credibility.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and optimize for better reach and lead generation.
  • Build connections and engage with potential clients and industry professionals.

Business Development

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and digital channels.
  • Generate leads and manage outreach campaigns.
  • Support leadership with sales materials, case studies, and proposals.
  • Maintain lead databases and track the sales pipeline.
  • Research trends, competitors, and emerging e-commerce opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Strategy

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align content, marketing, and business goals.
  • Contribute to campaigns that strengthen our brand positioning.
  • Assist in communication strategies for events, partnerships, and PR.
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, social media, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, lead generation, and B2B communication.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus.
