Job Title : Business Process Analyst

As a skilled business process analyst, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP applications to drive business efficiency. Working closely with stakeholders from finance, supply chain, sales, and HR, you will provide effective SAP solutions and support day-to-day operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Designing, configuring, and implementing SAP solutions across modules like SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HR, and SAP BW.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring SAP solutions align with business processes.
• Configuring and maintaining SAP modules, adjusting system parameters to optimize processes based on business needs.
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving functional issues in SAP modules, collaborating with technical teams to resolve system errors or inefficiencies.
• Continuously assessing and recommending improvements to SAP processes, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Creating training materials, user guides, and documentation to support end-users and ensure the successful adoption of SAP solutions.
• Delivering training sessions to business users, helping them maximize their use of SAP systems.
