Experience : Minimum 3 Years

Qualification : Graduate (MBA preferred)

Key Responsibilities : Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Ensure high client satisfaction and account retention

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams

What You Bring : Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or client servicing

Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)

Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset

An MBA is a plus , but not mandatory
