What Were Looking For :
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Training & Development.
- Strong knowledge of microfinance products & processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills.
- Candidates from Kerala will be strongly preferred.
- Prior microfinance experience is an added advantage.
Key Develop and deliver high-impact training programs for field and branch staff.
