Shift Timing : UK Overlap (2 PM – 11 PM IST / 3 PM – 12 Midnight IST)

Type : Full-Time

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Rust

Contribute to system architecture & design decisions for large-scale platforms

Support backend services (Golang experience is a plus, but not mandatory)

Debug and resolve real-time, production-critical issues

Work closely with Product, DevOps, and Engineering teams

Perform code reviews and uphold high-quality engineering standards

✅ What We’re Looking For

7+ years of total development experience, with 3+ years in Rust

Strong, hands-on expertise in Rust programming (mandatory)

Exposure to Golang (preferred, not required)

Bonus : C / C++ experience , especially in systems-level programming

Proven experience with large-scale distributed systems

Strong knowledge of concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning
