In this role, we are looking for a Junior Level Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support the stability, monitoring, and automation of our production systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn modern DevOps and reliability practices while following established processes and runbooks

Responsibilities

• .Monitor systems using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, and Datadog respond to alerts via runbooks and escalate when needed.
• .Perform health checks, track uptime, manage incidents / requests / changes, and support public incident updates via StatusPage.
• .Contribute to defining SLIs / SLOs / SLAs, improve reliability through service reviews, and automate tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• .Follow security best practices, support compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA, HiTrust), and assist with audits and monitoring improvements.
• .Collaborate with senior SREs, participate in on-call rotations, engage in peer learning, and develop skills in cloud, Kubernetes, and automation.
