Role Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain bioinformatics software and data processing pipelines
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to build scalable data solutions
• Ensure code quality with CI/CD, testing, and reusable design patterns
• Integrate cloud technologies and bioinformatics tools into research systems

Key Deliverables:

• Functional and scalable omics data transformation tools
• Automated data pipelines using Nextflow and cloud environments
• Reliable REST APIs and user-facing applications (e.g., RShiny, Dash)
• Documented, tested, and maintainable code supporting early discovery
