Working with our Contractor Engagement team to effectively manage your workers onsite at with our clients and creating a positive candidate experience.
Work closely with teams in India and US to create pipeline of qualitied candidates.
Learn, research, and understand client job requirements.
Use sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other job boards to build candidate pipeline.
Attend daily / weekly calls with US leads.
Prepare & share reports as and when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1+ year travel or Healthcare US recruitment experience
