Desired Experience Range : 10+ years

Location of Requirement : Bangalore

Must-Have :

5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 2 years focused on AI, automation, or low-code platforms.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services.

Strong understanding of declarative and custom-engine agent development, orchestration models, and integration with Microsoft Graph and external connectors.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and security frameworks.

Nice To Haves :

Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, or Solution Architecture.

Experience with citizen development enablement, including training, onboarding, and community building.

Knowledge of MCP, A2A and Agent Frameworks.

Knowledge of Copilot Studio reference architectures, adaptive cards, and generative orchestration strategies.

Prior experience in the media, entertainment, or streaming industry.
