Job descriptionDrive website performance and optimize the customer journey Implement CRO strategies and A / B testing Manage product listings and on-site merchandising Analyze Shopify and advertising data to guide strategy Generate reports and insights from marketing and sales performance Identify growth opportunities based on data trends Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Advertising or a related field 1–2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or operations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Excel / Sheets Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fully remote work environment Competitive salary Professional development opportunities
We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Growth & Optimization Manager to join our growing team at Nanobag, the creator of innovative ultralight reusable bags. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to drive our digital growth, improve conversion, and optimize operations. We manufacture ultralight bags and backpacks and sell them predominantly online through our own Shopify website and Amazon. Our mission is to make the most practical bags in the world, and we plant one tree for every bag sold.
