About the Role
Chandigarh University is seeking an experienced and dynamic Call Center Manager / Deputy Manager to oversee and lead call center operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales-driven environments, performance management, and team leadership. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and manage outbound and inbound calling teams.
Drive sales conversions , revenue generation , and ensure target achievement .
Monitor operational performance and track key KPIs for continuous improvement.
Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition .
Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and team motivation.
Ensure compliance with operational processes and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet organizational goals.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in call center operations, sales, or team leadership roles.
Proven expertise in team handling , inside sales , and performance improvement.
Strong experience with outbound & inbound operations.
Excellent communication skills and a presentable professional demeanor.
Graduation is mandatory.
Immediate joiners preferred.
