Cloud Solution Architect - Cloud & AI Apps

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Cloud Solution Architect to drive high priority customer initiatives in enabling customers to bring their  AI-powered applications  to production scale on Azure platform in collaboration with partner and the Microsoft field in Enterprise accounts segment of our business.  This is a customer-facing role, owning overall technical relationship pivotal in driving  delivery excellence ,  technical depth , and  customer success  across Unified and Factory engagements, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

You will own the Azure based applications platform and AI technical support post sales including architectural design review sessions, specific implementation projects, partnering with customer and partner to build MVPs and trouble solving and prevent the issues and support building more efficient systems with Well-Architect framework. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles and success leading deep technical architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management and Developers to drive AI-powered applications Platform to productions.

• Understand customers' overall data estate, IT and business priorities and success measures to design implementation AI based architectures and solutions.
• Consumption (Cloud & Support) growth - Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results & help Customers get value from their Microsoft investments.
• Apply technical knowledge to architect solutions that meet business and IT needs, be advisor for customer's Azure AI Platform strategy, applications modernization through microservices on Azure Kubernetes services, AA / AI roadmaps, and ensure long term technical viability of new deployments, infusing key analytics and AI technologies where appropriate (e.g. Azure ML, Azure AI Services including AI Search, Azure OpenAI, Copilot including Github Copilot and Studio, Cognitive Services, Spark, Data Lake, Azure Synapse, etc.)
• Ensure that solution exhibits high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment.
• Be a Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team to remove key blockers. Deliver according to MS best practices & using repeatable Intellectual Property (IP) and Value Based Delivery (VBD).
• Assess the Customers' knowledge of Azure platform and overall cloud readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan and ensure its delivery through partners.
• Collaborate with other Solution Engineers and other Cloud Solution Architects in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure platform.
• Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community while educate customers on Azure platform.
• Be an Azure Platform evangelist with customers, partners and external communities.
