The Global Marketing Manager will drive cohesive, high-impact marketing efforts, positioning CMG's technologies at the forefront of the energy industry. This role requires expertise in scaling teams, launching major product lines, and creating revenue-boosting strategies, you will be instrumental in building out a world-class marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy, amplifying its combined market presence in subsurface decision-making technologies.
- Lead digital, product, and brand marketing efforts, focusing on CMG's simulation tools.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and customer engagement.
- Oversee global product launches, rebranding efforts, and targeted campaigns that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with the C-Suite and other executive stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and growth plans.
- Utilize extensive experience in storytelling and performance coaching to inspire both your team and clients, ensuring alignment on strategic vision and execution.
- Measure and optimize the ROI of marketing initiatives using HubSpot, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies continuously.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in senior marketing leadership, ideally in the software or technology space.A track record of scaling B2B marketing efforts and managing teams through growth phases.Experience in launching innovative products, building brand authority, and driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth.Strong expertise in product branding, product positioning, and strategic storytelling.Hands-on experience in digital marketing – HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.This position can be based from anywhere in the worldIn the event you are based in Bengaluru, we have a hybrid office set up.
