Job description₹10,000 per month for the first 2 months (Internship period) Performance-based full-time conversion after 2 months Recurring incentive on every successful placement One-time incentive for every successful client interview IT / CS graduates or students (B. Tech / B. E / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. IT) Strong communication skills Basic knowledge of IT concepts Ready to work in US time zone Interest in recruitment, staffing & interacting with US MNCs Sourcing talent on Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder Technical resume screening using your IT background Full-cycle US Staffing training Exposure to Fortune-level MNC requirements Understanding W2, C2C, 1099 hiring End-to-end recruitment coordination & ATS management
