About the Role :
The Community / Brand Executive for our upcoming store, ATE Glasshouse – Meherchand Market will be responsible for shaping the store’s cultural presence, maintaining brand integrity on-ground, and developing strong neighborhood relationships.
This role blends content, customer experience, brand execution, and community partnerships—with the added responsibility of curating independent retail brands for the Glasshouse retail racks.
You are the connector between the store, the community, creators, and the HQ brand team.
Your Job Role :
Be the on-ground face & voice of ATE Glasshouse.
Build relationships with customers, creators, and local businesses.
Shoot and publish daily store content in coordination with HQ.
Maintain brand consistency across displays, signage, and store presentation.
Reach out to independent brands and manage the rack rental program (onboarding, displays, monthly rentals).
Host creators, support events, and drive small community activations.
Share weekly insights and performance updates with the Saket HQ brand team.
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in brand roles, hospitality, lifestyle retail, creator / content roles, or community-facing work.
Strong communication skills and ease with customer-facing environments.
Confident in basic content shooting / editing; comfortable being on camera when needed.
A sense of design, culture, and modern lifestyle-brand aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, from retail shelf curation to content posting.
Interest in cafés, desserts, and creative brand environments.
Salary :
Starting from 30K / Month | As per experience
