Business Development Executive (BDE)

Company : Ambasta Digital

Openings : 1000 Positions Across India

Work Mode : Work From Home

⏰ Working Hours : 6 Days a Week | 8 Hours per Day

Compensation : ₹12,000 / month (First 6 Months) → ₹25,000 / month (After Probation)

Training : 15 Days Work-From-Home Training

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will work under a Business Development Manager (BDM) to engage with businesses, understand their requirements, and introduce Ambasta Digital’s solutions.

This role offers hands-on experience in client engagement, digital sales, and business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with SMBs to understand their business goals

Present Ambasta Digital’s digital solutions in a professional manner

Collaborate with BDM for client outreach and follow-ups

Maintain records of interactions and client communications

Build professional relationships contributing to long-term business growth

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree required | MBA preferred

Communication skills in English and one regional language

Freshers welcome — training and mentorship provided

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with remote work

Must have a smartphone / laptop and reliable internet connection

Selection Process

1️⃣ Screening Test – Basic communication and aptitude check

2️⃣ Final Telephonic Interview – Discussion with Ambasta Digital HR
