HR Specialist / Talent Acquisition (US Shift)

Location : Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift : US Shift (Night)

Experience : 4–7 years

About the Role :

We’re seeking an experienced HR Specialist / Talent Acquisition to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for open positions in India, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage full-cycle recruitment for India-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and staffing needs

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and ATS data accurately

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts

Requirements :

4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment, preferably for US clients

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, etc.)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in US shift timings and in a fast-paced environment
