Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor based in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will bring together storytelling, design, and motion to create visually compelling digital content across platforms. You’ll work closely with the editorial and production teams to craft videos, social media assets, and brand visuals that align with Rizing’s tone and mission.

You’ll play a key role in translating ideas into visual narratives — from editing high-quality videos and designing motion graphics to developing brand visuals for campaigns, articles, and digital stories.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging video content for social, editorial, and brand use
• Design static and motion graphics for articles, features, and digital media
• Handle color grading, sound sync, and final delivery of video content
• Collaborate with the editorial, design, and social teams to maintain brand consistency
• Develop and maintain visual templates, design systems, and creative guidelines
• Brainstorm and experiment with new visual storytelling formats
