- Identify new opportunities for cross-selling of bank's products such as insurance, investment products, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and product penetration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive retail banking landscape.
- Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and non-resident Indians (NRIs) to grow liabilities business.
