IT Systems Support Specialist

At Dossier Technologies, we rely on our IT team to help our business reach and succeed with consumers. We’re seeking an experienced systems administrator who’s eager to use and grow his technological skills. In this role, the successful individual will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT structure.

Objectives of this Role

• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, firewall, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and other IT hardware
• Install, Maintain LAN and troubleshoot LAN network issues.
• Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights
• Maintain dependable IT infrastructure and networking that’s always up and running
• Strong knowledge of server operating systems, including Windows Server

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

help build, test, and maintain new servers as needed

support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments

Skills and Qualifications

current equipment and technologies, and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools,

Windows active directories, knowledge of virtualization, security software’s, firewalls, remote desktop support

Troubleshoot and rectify LAN and WAN issues.
