Job Title : Junior to Mid-Level SAP Project Manager

Location : Hyderabad

Job Type : Full-time

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior to Mid-Level SAP Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end SAP implementations, AMS (Application Management Services), and rollout projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP projects, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of PMO practices and project governance. Knowledge of the latest SAP technologies and methodologies is essential. A relevant certification such as PMP or SAP Activate is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full lifecycle of SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure for implementation, AMS, and rollout activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, align objectives, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee project governance, documentation, risk / issue management, and status reporting to management and key stakeholders.
  • Apply best practices for PMO, resource allocation, change management, and process improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings, project reviews, and communicate project goals, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Monitor SAP project progress, resolve bottlenecks, manage conflicts, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with SAP functional and technical teams to stay updated on SAP developments, products, and solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology or other recognized project management frameworks.
  • Support team development and provide mentorship to junior project team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP project management, including implementation, AMS, and rollout projects.
  • Solid experience working in a PMO environment and knowledge of project governance standards.
  • Good understanding of SAP modules, platforms, and latest SAP developments (SAP S / 4HANA, FIORI, Cloud, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2) or SAP Activate methodology preferred.
