Job description

Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced Manager Regional Product Marketing to fill this highly visible role.  The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and passionate about Microcontrollers and Microprocessors based embedded development with experience in product promotion and business development.  Familiarity and proficiency in developing strategies to increase the opportunity pipeline establish and implement Go-To-Market plans working with Sales and Distribution partners to expand market share develop key customer promotions and efficiently train channel partners is essential for this position. This person is required to be based in Bangalore India.

Qualifications : Job Requirements :

BE or equivalent is essential MBA is a plus with desired areas of study in embedded software

12 years of experience in Microcontrollers Microprocessors with a focus on embedded system solutions tools and development system marketing

Experience in Management of local global and cross-functional teams programs and 3rd parties

Understanding of embedded system development tool technologies and system development techniques

Exceptional communication skills : presentation creation / delivery public speaking and written

Outstanding leadership skills with strong drive and ability to take ownership to accomplish objectives

Ability to influence and convince internally and externally

Additional Information :

Desired Skills & Experience :

  • Technical knowledge of various MCU / MPU eco-systems requirements application and segments
  • Understanding of Inverter motor control Industrial Applications HMI & IoT systems and architecture
  • Experience in development tools and embedded software used in various industries
  • Having an Application Engineer / Field Application Engineer working experience is desirable
