Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in THRISSUR KERALA. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales goals, and developing strategic sales plans. They will oversee day-to-day sales activities, conduct market research, analyze sales metrics, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. The Sales Manager will also engage with clients, provide excellent customer service, and build strong relationships to drive business growth.Earning potential more than 3 lakhs per month

Qualifications

• Experience in sales leadership, team management, and strategic planning
• Strong market knowledge and ability to conduct market research
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales analytics and metrics
• Customer service and relationship-building expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
