Position : Growth Marketer (B2B SaaS – Must Have Experience)

Experience : 1-4yrs

Timings : 3PM–12AM IST

Location : Remote- India

About Us

We are an early-stage SaaS startup with a live Agentic AI HR-Tech product and a newly launched website. We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer who can own our marketing end-to-end :

setting direction, executing campaigns, and driving measurable results.

What You’ll Do

1. Positioning & Messaging

  • Define and refine our product positioning and value messaging.
  • Validate with customer research and iterate as a when needed.

2. Content Marketing

  • Research, write, and publish content (blogs, landing pages, case studies,

    • posts).

  • Build and execute a content distribution strategy (email, social, communities,

    • partnerships).

  • Repurpose content across channels for maximum reach.

    • 3. Growth Channels

  • Lead SEO strategy (keyword research, on-page optimization, link building).
  • Set up and run email campaigns & campaigns.
  • Experiment with early community-driven or lightweight paid channels.

    • 4. Funnel & Analytics

  • Track website traffic, trial sign-ups, and conversion metrics.
  • Set up dashboards to monitor KPIs and report results regularly.
  • Recommend and implement optimizations across the funnel.
  • Establish lightweight marketing tooling / automation to scale efforts.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 1–4 years in B2B SaaS marketing – MUST HAVE.
  • Strong writing skills + proven ability to produce and ship content.
  • Hands-on experience in SEO, campaigns, email tools, and website CMS.
  • Comfortable setting up and interpreting analytics dashboards.
  • Startup mindset : scrappy, experimental, willing to switch between strategy and execution.
  • Experience guiding junior marketers or interns.
