YASH Technologies - Tech Lead - ETL & Snowflake

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement reliable ETL processes and data integration solutions.
• Lead the team to deliver high-quality data warehousing solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models, including Data Vault modeling techniques.
• Manage data migration and modernization projects effectively.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to explore and adopt new technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues.
• Ensure performance tuning and optimization of ETL workflows and databases.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team Skills & Experience :
• 8 to 10 years of experience in ETL development and data warehousing.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake data platform.
• Strong expertise in SQL, PL / SQL, and RDBMS concepts.
• At least 2 years of experience with Data Vault modeling.
• Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL tools, and data warehousing best practices.
• Domain experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, or Finance is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead to Have :
• Experience with SnapLogic or similar ETL tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with Python or PySpark for data processing.
• Experience with data migration and modernization initiatives.
