About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Vice President in managing day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and relationship management. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support
- Manage and coordinate the VP’s daily calendar, meetings .
- Screen calls, manage correspondence, and prioritize requests for the VP
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and briefing documents
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Operational & Administrative Support
- Coordinate communication across departments and external stakeholders
- Handle email management and follow-ups on behalf of the VP
- Track project timelines and ensure key deadlines and deliverables are met
- Support in data gathering and analysis for executive reporting
- Oversee office activities and administrative logistics
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as point of contact between VP and internal / external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationship with senior leadership teams, partners & vendors
- Coordinate executive-level meetings, events, and business reviews
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)1 - 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar roleCore SkillsExcellent written & verbal communicationStrong organizational & time-management skillsProficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & calendar toolsProfessional presence and ability to interact with senior executivesAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressureHigh level of confidentiality and discretionPreferred Skills
