Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Assistant - Food and Beverage, located in multiple locations. The role involves welcoming guests and ensuring excellent customer service, assisting with food preparation and service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in food and beverage areas. The Guest Service Assistant will collaborate with the team to create a seamless dining experience while addressing guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Skills in Food Preparation, Food Service, and Food & Beverage operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work in a high-paced hospitality environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and quality standards
• Prior experience in hospitality or food and beverage services is preferred
• Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
